Terms of Service - Renove Your House

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of RenoveYourHouse.com (“Site”), the tools that map roofing and siding project costs by region and climate zone, and any related services provided by Renove Your House, LLC (“Renove Your House”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and acknowledge that Renove Your House was established in 2019.

Governing Law

The interpretation, construction, and enforcement of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles.
Any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Site must be brought in a state or federal court located in Dallas County, Texas, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Dispute Resolution

Before seeking court action, you and Renove Your House agree to attempt resolution through informal negotiation within thirty (30) days of any dispute arising.
If negotiation fails, the parties will submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator experienced in construction and consumer‑technology disputes, and shall take place in Dallas, Texas.
Each party shall bear its own attorneys’ fees and costs, except that the arbitrator may award reasonable costs and fees to the prevailing party.

Modifications to the Terms

Renove Your House may revise these Terms at any time, provided the changes are posted on the Site and a notice is sent to your registered email address.
Continued use of the Site after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site and may close your account by contacting us through the “Contact Us” page.
